Everything about B2B sales have changed in the last 10 years. In some ways, the process is returning to its 20th century roots.  In fact, in some ways, the more things have changed, the more they have stayed the same.  Prospect information is super easy to access (Thank you Internet) but relationships are even more critical, and harder to initiate.
